The introductory discount and bonus-point multiplier apply once, on the first qualifying purchase. Spend thresholds are calculated on merchandise before discounts, excluding delivery. Once enrolled, future qualifying purchases renew membership without needing the Christmas invitation code again. These benefits are not active yet.

The Ultimate finishing touch

Ultimate members receive one free eligible 3-metre roll of wrapping paper within six months, including UK delivery. Request your roll at least 14 days before the date you need it. The eligible selection and claim route will be confirmed before launch.

Your Membership, Explained

This is an overview of the intended programme, not confirmation that enrolment or reward processing is operational.

How membership starts

After launch, your first qualifying paid purchase using PURPLEXMAS is intended to start membership at the tier earned by your merchandise spend before discounts, excluding delivery. Earlier marketplace purchases are a welcome invitation to discover PurpleRama; scanning your flyer alone does not activate membership.

How membership renews

Once enrolled, a qualifying Treat, VIP or Platinum purchase renews the relevant tier for three calendar months. A qualifying Ultimate purchase renews Ultimate for six calendar months. You will not need to enter the Christmas invitation code again to renew. The introductory discount and bonus points do not repeat on renewals.

Your higher tier stays protected

Each tier has its own expiry date. Your benefits follow your highest unexpired tier, so a lower-tier purchase does not replace a higher tier that is still active. When a higher tier expires, any lower tier that remains valid can continue.

How to claim rewards

The enrolment confirmation, points display, referral process and reward-claim route are still being prepared. We will publish clear instructions before rewards become available. Please do not submit personal details or reward requests through this preview.

Planned benefit: 10% off a new customer's first £20+ order, with £5 worth of Purple Points awarded to the referring member after validation. The referral method, qualifying-spend calculation, validation process, exclusions and reward timing await confirmation. Referrals cannot yet be submitted or claimed here.

Planned benefit: 200 bonus Purple Points on a qualifying £10+ purchase within seven days either side of the customer's birthday, once per year during active membership. Birthday registration, qualifying-spend calculation, verification and award instructions will be confirmed before launch. No birthday information is collected on this preview.
